Thank you for using the Care Sector Demand Map (Map), which the Department of Social Services (DSS) operates in partnership with the Department of Health and Aged Care (DoHAC), and the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). By using the Map, you agree to the DSS Disclaimer and Copyright provisions and the following terms of use.

You can download the data published in the Map via the "Download" function provided with search results in the Map. However, you cannot distribute or use the Map data commercially or attempt to re-identify the Map data.

Use of the Map does not require registration. You can use the Map anonymously without supplying any personal information. No government organisation will ever contact you regarding your access to the Map.

You can provide feedback by completing the feedback form. All feedback must be anonymous and should not include identifiable information about you or any other person. Ordinarily, DSS does not respond to feedback.

We may ask for limited personal information if you contact us or make a complaint. By using this website, you acknowledge that we will handle your personal information in accordance with the Care Sector Demand Map privacy policy.
